Great explanation, I agree with Carragher it is the same system at the end secret is shifting and transfers. Having said that Van Gaal is still looking for those players and Man U is struggling with the system. My only point is that 4 me is simpler for a team that trains once a week and changes players often. But again every time you are defending a counterattack or may you are missing a defender because is coming back from an an offensive play you are probably back to 3 defenders and all those concepts apply.
